JIA Leilei, male, was born in 1955 in Beijing, gaining his Master of Film History in the Graduate Department, Chinese National Academy of Arts. JIA now serves as Assistant Dean of Chinese National Academy of Arts, Director of the Department of Film and Television of the Graduate school of the Chinese National Academy of Arts. He is also professor of Peking University, Nanjing University, Nanjing University of the Arts and adjunct professor of Zhengzhou University. JIN enjoys the special government allowance of the state council of PRC and was awarded the "Chinese Cultural Industry Elite Award" by the "Creative China -- Harmonious World" International Cultural Industry Forum in 2008.
