DIAO Daming


DIAO Daming, male, was born in 1983 in Tianjin, obtaining his PhD at Nankai University. He is currently an associate professor of School of International Studies, Renmin University of China and are interested in researches on the U.S. government and politics, comparative politics, and China-U.S., relationship.

He has publications including The Purse of the State: U.S. Congress and Appropriations Politics, Deconstructing the Capitol: U.S. Congress and Its Members’ China-Related Actions, Handbook of Research on the U.S. Congress (2007-2008), and translation works like Congress and Its Members. DIAO has also published papers in important journals such as Contemporary International Relations, Fudan American Review, American Studies Quarterly, Journal of Contemporary Asia-Pacific Studies, Foreign Affairs Review.
