WU Liji, male, Mongol Ethnicity, was born in 1990. He obtained his PhD in Diplomacy at the School of International Studies of Peking University in 2019 as an Excellent Graduate. His dissertation, “The Tail Wagging the Dog: Sino-Vietnamese Interplay towards Vietnam Reunification and the Role of the Vietnam Workers’ Party, 1954~1963,” was named as the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of PKU. He was visiting scholar sponsored by China Scholarship Council (CSC) at the the George Washington University from 2016 to 2017. WU has engaged in many research programs of National Social Science Fund of China, China Postdoctoral Science Fund and projects of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His researches mainly focus on Cold War International History, China’s diplomacy, China-U.S. relations and Foreign Policy Analysis.
