TUNG Chee-hwa, male, born in May 1937 in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, obtained his bachelor’s degree at the University of Liverpool. TUNG is currently the Vice Chairman of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He used to be the first Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
