Zhang Zhixue, male, Ph.D. in Psychology, University of Hong Kong. He is currently a professor of the Department of Organization and Strategic Management, and Director of the Behavioral Science Research Center of the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He is Deputy Director of the Professional Committee of Decision Psychology of the Chinese Psychological Society. He served as a lecturer at the School of Psychology of Beijing Normal University, a researcher at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a visiting scholar at the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University, a visiting scholar at the University of Illinois in the United States, and a visiting professor at Stockholm University in Sweden. In 2010, he was awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He is currently Vice Chairman of the International Association for Chinese Management Research, and Program Chairman of the 2018 International Academic Congress. He was elected President of the Association in 2018 and President of the Association again in 2020. His research interests include corporate leadership and culture, negotiation and conflict management, team process and cross-cultural management.
