YANG Youming

YANG Youming, male, born in 1957, Master of Philosophy, University of Cambridge. He served as Chinese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago since October 2009, and left office in March 2013. He served as Deputy Director of the Policy Planning Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2005 to 2008, and participated in six-party talks on the North Korean nuclear issue as a member of the Chinese delegation. From 2014 to 2018, he served as Chinese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Zambia.
