GUAN Guihai, male, was born in Heilongjiang Province in 1965, and obtained his PhD in Politics in Moscow State Institute of International Relations. He is the associate professor of School of International Studies and Executive Vice President of Institute of International and Strategic Studies of Peking University. GUAN also serves as the Executive Director and Deputy Secretary-General of Chinese Society of History of China-Russia Relations, Executive Director of China Center for Shanghai Cooperation Organization Studies, member of the Editorial Board of journals such as Вестник Московского университета(politics) and Region. He has been committed to teaching and research on Deng Xiaoping Theory, Russian politics and diplomacy, China-Russia relations, etc., and was honored with the title of “Outstanding Young Teacher” by the Ministry of Education.
