KONG Fanjun



Kong Fanjun (pen name: Kong Hanbing), Professor and Doctoral Advisor of School of International Studies, Peking University, has long been engaged in teaching and research on the “Theory and Practice of World Socialism” and the “Politics and Diplomacy of Central and Eastern Europe”. He undertook the “Oral Record of Peking University International Alumni”, a project for celebrating the 120th anniversary of Peking University, and is co-hosting the “History of International Cooperation and Exchanges of Peking University (1898-2018)” with the Office of International Relations, Peking University. He has been to France, Germany, Romania, Albania, Poland, Hungary, Russia, Vietnam, Japan, Benin, South Africa and Madagascar to interview Peking University international alumni or government leaders. He has published books including Hanbing’s Interview with Luo Ming, From Doctor of China Studies to Ambassador to China, A Bridge between China and Romania, The Persistent Historian of the Chinese Language, The Road to Chinese of “Black Feet”, The Exploration into China in History and Reality, and China, My Second Hometown, and dozens of relevant academic articles.
