Peter walker, an honorary senior partner of McKinsey & co., said in a speech at Peking University on Thursday that it is unwise for the United States to seek "decoupling" from China by interfering with open and free trade, and that a series of attempts to interfere with China's scientific and technological progress will be "self-defeating."
