FAN Shiming

FAN Shiming, male, was born in Changchun, Jilin Province in 1967, and obtained his PhD in Laws at School of International Studies of Peking University. He is the associate professor, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of School of International Studies and Associate Dean of Yenching Academy of Peking University and once served as the visiting professor of Faculty of Law of Niigata University in Japan. FAN has been interested in researches on the image, cognition, public opinion, and communication of international relations.
