XIA Hongwei

XIA Hongwei, male, obtained his Ph.D. in Laws at Peking University and is also a researcher. He is now the President of Office of International Relations, Director of Office of Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs, and Deputy Director of Center for International Higher Education of Peking University, and Executive Vice-Chairperson and Secretary-General of Association for Introducing Foreign Intelligence of China Association of Higher Education. His researches mainly focus on international politics and organizations, intercultural conflicts and communication, internationalization of higher education, international exchanges, and management among universities.
