Djoomart Otorbaev

Djoomart K. OTORBAEV, male, born in August 1955, is a Kyrgyz national. He received his PhD from the Lebedev Institute of the USSR Academy of Sciences in 1981 and hisD.Scfrom the USSR Academy of Sciences in 1989. He is a former Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and professor at Kyrgyz National University.
