Prof. Jia Qingguo (Member of the 14th National Committee of CPPCC;Director of iGCU; Professor of the School of International Studies, Peking University) submitted two proposals for this year's "Two Sessions" (the annual meetings of the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Conference National Committee).
Prof. Jia's first proposal focused onnational institutional reform (“国家机构改革”) to enhance government efficiency. The second proposal of Prof. Jia was about the new measures to optimize traffic management in China, for making travel safer and more convenient nationwide.
