The 19th CAIJING Annual Conference

On November 27, Prof. Jia Qingguo, Director of iGCU, attended the 19th CAIJING Annual Conference and gave a keynote speech. He stressed that there are four factors which have shaped the current China-U.S. relationship: the #Thucydidestrap effect, the differences in political systems, the “legacies” of Donald Trump, and the U.S. electoral politics.
