On November 2-3, The BRICS Seminar on Governance 2021, with the theme "Building Consensus and Confidence for BRICS Cooperation with a Shared Future," was held in Beijing. iGCU Executive Director Professor Wang Dong was invited to the opening ceremony. Xu Lin, the Deputy Head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, delivered a speech at the event, calling on BRICS countries to strengthen exchanges, promote mutual learning and boost collaboration to encourage development. Experts and scholars from Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa exchanged professional views on the shared values of the BRICS countries at the online parallel seminar.
