ZHOU Shuchun

ZHOU Shuchun, male, was born in May 1958 in Wuhan, Hubei Province, obtaining his PhD in Laws at the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He is currently the chief editor of China Daily, delegate of the 19th CPC National Congress, member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and its Foreign Affairs Committee. He used to be the Vice President of the Xinhua News Agency, Executive Director and Vice President of the All-China Journalists Association, Vice President of All-China Youth Federation under the CPC Central Committee and Vice President of the Translators Association of China.
