FU Jun, male, Han Ethnicity. With PhD in Philosophy at Harvard University, he is a professor of National School of Development and Political Economy and Public Policy of School of Government at Peking University and the Academic Dean of Institute of South-South Cooperation and Development at Peking University. He once served as the Executive Associate Dean of School of Government at Peking University, Associate Dean of School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University, associate professor and professor of School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University. He once worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, served as a committee member of Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Committee and Adviser to the President of UNESCO’s Executive Board. He is currently a member of the China Association for SOS Children’s Village, a member of the China Foundation for Peace and Development, a commentator of CCTV-News, Vice-Chairman of World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council and Honorary President of Harvard Club of Beijing. His research interests include mathematical modeling, institutional political economy and related policy and legal issues. He has published works in English such as Institutions and Investments: Foreign Direct Investment in China during an Era of Reforms and those in Chinese such as The Way to National Wealth.
