HUO Jianguo, male, born in 1954, obtained his PhD in Economics at Institute for International Economics of Nankai University. He is a researcher and doctoral supervisor of Nankai University, Vice President of China Society for World Trade Organization Studies, and former President of Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce. HUO has long engaged in researches on the management and policy of foreign trade and economy.
