Pacific Region in the Pacific Century: Competition, Coordination and Inclusive Participation

From November 2^nd to 3^rd, 2019, the international workshop "Pacific Region in the Pacific Century: Competition, Coordination and Inclusive Participation" was successfully held by the Institute for China-Foreign People-to-People Exchange of Peking University at the School of International Studies. Professor Wang Dong, Executive Director of the Institute for China-Foreign People-to-People Exchange of Peking University, and Professor Rouben Azizian of Centre for Defense and Security Studies of Massey University offered opening remarks on behalf of the organizer and participants respectively, followed by two keynote speeches by H.E.Chen Mingming, former Chinese Ambassador to Sweden and New Zealand, and H.E. Tony Browne, Director of the New Zealand Contemporary China Research Centre of Victoria University of Wellington, former Deputy Foreign Minister of New Zealand and former New Zealand Ambassador to China.
