The overall purpose of this Chinese Perspectives Topical Digest ("Digest") is to disseminate Chinese scholars' distinctive viewpoints on a wide range of issues. iGCU is mindful of the fact that the majority of foreign scholars (or readers in general) who wish to better understand Chinese perspectives on globally heated issues are unable to read in Chinese. Consequently, iGCU's ultimate objective for compiling and translating the articles from leading Chinese scholars and experts is to connect people and help promote mutual understanding.
