[Abstract]The Trump administration's restructuring of China-U.S. relations has seriously weakened the strategic mutual trust, undermined the foundation and reversed the direction of bilateral relations. China needs to take a steady growth in strength as a support, a reasonable exchange of interests as a starting point, and an appropriate foreign policy as a tool, to shape a China-U.S. relationship featuring healthy competition and mutual benefits.
