[Abstract] This book is a collection of papers from the 5th National Forum for Doctoral Students in International Politics. The Forum was organized by the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Peking University, and hosted by the School of International Relations of Peking University for the fifth consecutive time. The theme of the forum was "A Mutually Constructed World," and nearly 40 papers were publicly read. From these, 19 articles were selected and combined into this collection. The authors came from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Foreign Affairs Institute, Jinan University and other universities.
