Jia Qingguo: China-US relations face obstacles despite stabilization

Jia Qingguo, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Professor and Former Dean of the School of International Studies at Peking University, Director of the Institute for Global Cooperation and Understanding at Peking University, said in a recent interview with People's Daily that there is a gap between the U.S.'s rhetoric and practice.
