On Nov. 23, 2019, former US Secretary of State Dr. Henry Kissinger, accompanied by former President of Google Eric Schmidt, visited Peking University and had a workshop with faculty and students. President of Peking University Hao Ping, Vice President Wang Bo and Vice President and Academic Dean Gong Qihuang attended the workshop.

The Samuel R. "Sandy" Berger Memorial Fellowship Launches at Peking University
On Oct. 18, 2019, the Samuel R. “Sandy” Berger Memorial Fellowship was launched in Peking University. The fellowship was set up by the Peking University Education Foundation (USA). The series of activities involved included a launching ceremony, High-Level Forum on China-US Relations and Academic Seminar on the Prospects of China-US Relations.
