WANG Xixin, male, was born in 1968 in Jing county, Anhui. He obtained a doctoral degree in laws in Peking University. He is now professor and doctoral supervisor Peking University Law School, executive president of Law and Development Academy, Peking University, a member of the international cooperation advisory committee of Peking University, director of Constitution and Administrative Law Research Center of Peking University (a key national research base in social sciences of the Ministry of Education), and editor-in-chief of Peking University Law Journal (a core journal). He also does part-time jobs as deputy director of Administrative Law Research Society of Beijing Law Society, visiting research fellow at the Center of Chinese Laws of Yale University Law School, legislation consultant of the standing committee of Hubei provincial People’s Congress and invited research fellow at the Research Division of the Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress. He was once the deputy dean of Peking University Law School, deputy chief judge of the administrative tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court, Bok distinguished visiting scholar at Pennsylvania University Law School and visiting professor at Columbia University Law School. His main research fields are Chinese administrative laws, law and administration process analysis, administrative procedures and comparison of administrative laws.
