At the same time, the role played by the government is irreplaceable, it can play a role of "boost" or "catalyst". At present, the world is on the eve of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution. Against this background, the government will undoubtedly play a guiding and supporting role to explore new economic "growth points". But all economies must consider how much their governments intervene to make the market play its full role while ensuring smooth economic development.
